Departmental Ceremony
The History Department will hold an in-person commencement ceremony this year:

All expected graduates and returning alumni have been emailed with the latest information about what to do and expect on commencement day. If you believe you have not received this information, contact us at history@uoregon.edu immediately.
Remember to keep an eye on your emails for important announcements.
Students
All graduating students and alumni participating in the ceremony must arrive at Straub Hall by 12:30 p.m., wearing their regalia, to check in and prepare for the processional into the ceremony. History staff will provide instructions.
The period for online name confirmations has closed.
Guests
Graduates are welcome to bring guests, and no tickets are required. However, hotels in Eugene and surrounding areas are filling up, so any required travel arrangements should be made as soon as possible. Also, please note that seating for all guests is not guaranteed due to room capacity in Straub Hall. Guests will not be admitted into the venue before 12:30 p.m. The event will not be live-streamed.
Parking
All graduates, alumni, and guests must park at Autzen Stadium. No public parking is available on campus except for cars with ADA placards/plates in ADA marked spaces. Shuttles will be available to bring people from Autzen to the main campus throughout the day. Due to the high volume of people attending commencement events on campus, we encourage everyone to carpool or use alternate travel methods where possible. See more information about parking.
